1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

After Shipment

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✅ Wrong item delivered
✅ Damaged or defective product
✅ Size mismatch (for exchange only)

Conditions:

  • Return/exchange request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • We do not accept returns for accessories, sale items, or customized orders.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    • Reason for return
    • Clear pictures (for damaged/wrong items)
